STATEMENTS PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF ITALIAN Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Guidelines for protection of personal information

Personal data provided will be processed based on art. 13 of Leg. Decree no. 196/2003.

Personal data are collected and processed by the company for:

  • feeding the company database;
  • processing statistics for internal use;
  • issuing quotations and offers to actual or potential customers;
  • bookkeeping purposes;
  • processing payments;
  • sending commercial information about company initiatives;
  • communication purposes in connection with the company’s financial, business and administrative purposes – by telephone, mail, courier, fax, e-mail part of the website.

Information gathered on Google Analitycs is used only in aggregate form and will not allow for traceability of users if not with regard to generic geolocation. Some of the data collected, albeit only in aggregate form, are made available to Google Analitycs for the improvement of servicees and for comparative analysis.
